How to Buy Cars

All members of  AAA Japan are able to buy cars with comfort from their homes. To join us please follow instructions:

1. Register in our car finder website. Click here to go to the register page. You simply need to answer a few questions.
2. Deposit. Before start bidding, you need to make sure that you’ve deposited ¥100 000 ($1 000). If chosen vehicle price is more than ¥1 000 000 we offer special conditions for deposit.  If your bid was not won (the car was not purchased) AAA Japan will return deposit or you could use it to buy another vehicle from the auctions.
3. Car Bidding. You are able to bid through our car finder website. Afterwards our team assist you with car description, answer the questions and buy the car you chose.
4. Auction Bidding results. After auction, we will inform you what your results are. If your bid succeed we will issue a Proforma Invoice which indicate full price of purchased vehicle based on initial auction price and FOB, C&F or other conditions. In case of your bid was not  succeeded our team advise you about next appropriate car. 
5. Final Payment. You could make payment in US dollar or Japanese Yen by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to our bank account Letter of Credit (LC) or Trade Safe (TS) within 3 working days. Please provide us with copy of the payment conformation (bank slip) after the payment.
6. Car Shipment. Please inform us about the port of discharge to ship purchased car, our team advice you the best option. After the payment(?) your vehicle will be ready to ship within next 2 weeks.
7. Documents. After the shipment our team will courier all necessary documents immediately via EMS, DHL or FedEx.

  Documents include:

• Export Certificate
• Bill of Lading
• Final Invoice
• Insurance (If required)
• Inspection Certificate* (if required)

  *Inspection Certificate provided by Japan Auto Appraisal (JAAI), Japan Export Vehicle Inspection Center (JEVIC) or any other inspection agency.
