Should I pay to become member?
No fees are required. You will become our member after simple registration.
When could I start bidding cars?
You are able to start bidding when your returnable deposit arrived to our bank account.
How could I be sure that my money is safe?
Our company is member of the JUMVEA government association approved by Japanese Ministry of Economy. The purpose of this association is to provide fair used car trade. Also, JUMVEA provide secure payment called Safe Trade. JUMVEA will hold the money till buyers will get his vehicle.
How could I pay?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (LC) or Trade Safe (TS)
What currency do you accept?
We accept Japanese Yen and US Dollars.
How many cars could I buy?
As many as you want. Note that for each vehicle you need to have deposit amount equal ¥100 000 ($1 000).
Result of the car I bid is not visible.
Results in our car finder are updating every few hours. Note that USS Auctions do not show the results at all. If your bid succeed, only you will see it in your Electronic Office any way.
Is it possible to inspect vehicle I want deeper?
Yes, auctions staff will check what you want for additional cost.
Why auction list data changed?
It happen when a potential buyer order additional inspection, afterwards inspector found something else. Sometimes it could affect even a car’s grade.
Can I offer to buy car before the auction?
It’s not possible to contact with seller directly. After the auction we could try to make negotiation with owner if the vehicle was not sold. Also you could find your car in the dealers stock for fix price.
What do CIF and FOB mean?
CIF stands for Cost, Insurance and Freight. This include cost, freight or transportation cost and also insurance during transportation. FOB stands for Free On Board. This means that supplier pays for the transportation to the ship’s board.
